General Office Person Wanted
Samy's Camera’s Broadcast Video & Digital Cinema division is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Playa Del Rey location. Ideal candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft office and most importantly must possess strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to advance into a sales position.
Job Duties:
Tasks to include various office duties such as answering phones, making appointments, assist customers and perform multiple tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements / Job Specifications:
- An interest in digital video or any video experience
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Administrative support
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Available to start work immediately

Experienced Sales Person – Fairfax / Culver City / Pasadena Locations

We are looking for outgoing individuals for our Fairfax and Culver City locations. Qualified candidates must have previous sales experience and knowledge of Digital and Video equipment. Job Duties:
- Sell a broad range of products to customers with the highest level of customer service
- Answer customer questions
- Accurately operate retail point of sale system
Requirements / Job Specifications:
- Retail Camera/Digital Sales Experience
- Knowledge of Professional Digital and Video Cameras, including basic knowledge of photography accessories such as tripods, bags and digital media
- Required to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
