These hard polycarbonate screen protectors are heavy duty when it comes to protecting the all important LCD screen of your digital camera. Polycarbonate material is also used for bulletproof products, yet these are as thin as 1.0mm while preserving the original clear vision of the LCD screen. The screen is hard coated so that it cannot be easily scratched. There is also a UV coating applied to reduce UV emission from the LCD screen. Some models have two screens (Canon 50D, Nikon D90 and D700), one for the main LCD and one for the status window.
